Return conditions

We would like to refer you to our return conditions. As can be read in Article 10, point 8 of the General Terms and Conditions, the right of withdrawal lapses for products manufactured according to the consumer's specifications, which are not prefabricated and which are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision of the consumer, or which are clearly are intended for a specific person. Personalized THNX products can be made on the basis of this Article not be returned.
