Yes! You can add your own logo and have the colors adjusted to your house style. In addition, you can provide a personalized text for the wrapper and the card on the inside of the gift.
It is currently not yet possible to send an order to multiple addresses.
Yes, that is certainly possible. At checkout you will be given the option to indicate a delivery date in the calendar itself.
If you have not received an order confirmation within an hour after placing the order, the e-mail may have ended up in your spam inbox. If this is not the case, you can contact us via [email protected] or +31 (0)30 261 1076

You can send us an email with as many details as possible. You can also add images of, for example, broken products for extra proof. We will then process your complaint and you will receive an answer within 2 working days.

After your order you will receive a Track & Trace Link from DHL with which you can track your order.

The Netherlands

The standard shipping costs for mailbox gifts are €3.95. For delivery on Monday, € 2.99 is charged extra. For gifts sent by parcel post, the shipping costs are €5.95.

Other countries

The shipping costs for other countries can be found at the checkout. When you have specified a country/region, the corresponding shipping and gateway costs will immediately be visible in the subtotal. 

 

It is not possible to return an order, because it concerns personalized products.
You can pay with us by means of iDeal and credit card.
When you have found a suitable gift, you can personalize it using the design tool. When this is done you can indicate how many pieces you want and place them in the shopping cart. You will then be redirected to the shopping cart where you will see an overview of your order. Then click on ''Proceed to checkout'', after which you will be directed to the checkout page. Enter your personal details, desired delivery date and address here. After choosing a method, the payment can be made. The order is then complete and you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. You will also be kept informed of the status of your order via this e-mail address.
