Can I also personalize a business order?
Yes! You can add your own logo and have the colors adjusted to your house style. In addition, you can provide a personalized text for the wrapper and the card on the inside of the gift.Is it possible to deliver an order to multiple addresses?
It is currently not yet possible to send an order to multiple addresses.Can I specify a delivery date myself?
Yes, that is certainly possible. At checkout you will be given the option to indicate a delivery date in the calendar itself.I have not received a confirmation email. What should I do now?

You can send us an email with as many details as possible. You can also add images of, for example, broken products for extra proof. We will then process your complaint and you will receive an answer within 2 working days.

The Netherlands
The standard shipping costs for mailbox gifts are €3.95. For delivery on Monday, € 2.99 is charged extra. For gifts sent by parcel post, the shipping costs are €5.95.
Other countries
The shipping costs for other countries can be found at the checkout. When you have specified a country/region, the corresponding shipping and gateway costs will immediately be visible in the subtotal.
